      目前我們還利用空氣源熱泵原理,研發出農產品深加工一系列的設備,有可以對農產品進行烘干的智能一體烘干機,有對農產品進行儲藏的保鮮及冷藏設備.

      自19世紀末,冷庫一直是物流業的重要組成部分。冷庫主要用作對食品、乳制品、肉類、水產、禽類、果蔬、飲料、花卉、綠植、茶葉、藥品、化工原料、電子儀表儀器、煙草、酒精飲料等半成品及成品的恒溫恒濕貯藏。冷庫屬于制冷設備的一種,其與冰箱相比較制冷面積要大很多,但他們有相通的制冷原理。

      一般冷庫多由制冷機制冷,利用氣化溫度很低的液體(氨或氟里昂)作為冷卻劑,使其在低壓和機械控制的條件下蒸發,吸收貯藏庫內的熱量,從而達到冷卻降溫的目的。

      常用的是壓縮式冷藏機,主要由壓縮機、冷凝器,節流閥和蒸發管等組成。按照蒸發管裝置的方式又可分直接冷卻和間接冷卻兩種。直接冷卻將蒸發管安裝在冷藏庫房內,液態冷卻劑經過蒸發管時,直接吸收庫房內的熱量而降溫。

      間接冷卻是由鼓風機將庫房內的空氣抽吸進空氣冷卻裝置,空氣被盤旋于冷卻裝置內的蒸發管吸熱后,再送入庫內而降溫。空氣冷卻方式的優點是冷卻迅速,庫內溫度較均勻,同時能將貯藏過程中產生的二氧化碳等有害氣體帶出庫外。

      食品冷庫是用于食品冷凍和冷藏的建筑物,它是通過人工制冷的方法,使庫內保持一定的低溫。為了減少外界熱量的傳入,冷庫的地坪、墻壁和屋頂都敷設一定厚度的防潮隔氣層和隔熱層,在食品冷庫工程管理中,應根據食品冷庫的特性,實行科學管理,以保證******生產,達到延長使用壽命,降低生產成本,節約維修費用,提高企業經濟效益的目的。

      悅凌食品冷庫可廣泛應用于鮮食農產品的恒溫貯藏。

The advantages of air cooling method are rapid cooling, uniform temperature in the reservoir and the ability to take harmful gases such as carbon dioxide produced during storage out of the reservoir.
